Based in Geneva and also present in Lausanne and Zurich, Cité Gestion offers a rare management model in Switzerland, combining the best of two worlds: the autonomy of an independent manager and the security of a bank, thanks to its partnership with EFG International.
Founded in 2009 as a securities firm, Cité Gestion was acquired by its management in 2017 and subsequently merged with several other managers over the years before obtaining a Swiss banking license in 2022. In 2025, it continues its growth by partnering with EFG International, allowing it to expand its range of solutions while maintaining its independence and unique multi-booking platform.
Cité Gestion employs around 150 people, including 80 managers, all with extensive experience in asset management and investment. Its core values are proximity, entrepreneurship, and an open architecture. Thanks to its agile structure supported by a solid framework, the company offers its clients a highly personalized wealth management service.
