The winning start-up will benefit from a 6-month membership to Impact Hub's co-working spaces, an in-depth analysis of its activities by our editorial team, as well as ongoing support for an entire year to develop and implement an effective communication strategy (in the form of workshops with experts).

🥇Award ceremony
The award ceremony will be open to the public and will take place on Thursday, May 23, 2024 from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at the QoQa Headquarters in Bussigny.

Oxara

Oxara aims to challenge the construction industry by marketing a cement-free concrete made from clay excavation material and special chemical additives. The spin-off from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) uses clay soil, such as that excavated from building sites, as a raw material, which it mixes with water and an in-house additive derived from ETHZ research.

Qaptis

Qaptis aims to improve the environmental performance of trucks without requiring operators to replace their fleets or change their habits. The aim is to recover CO2 from the exhaust pipes of diesel-powered trucks. Vehicles fitted with the Qaptis anti-pollution kit simply fill up and empty their tanks each time they stop at a service station: by filling the diesel tank and then discharging the liquefied CO2 stored on board into a special tank.

SOLARSPLIT

SOLARSPLIT connects solar panel installers with users and investors to simplify and expedite the process of installing photovoltaic panels. The Neuchâtel-based company aims to connect various stakeholders in this industry through a digital platform. It helps property owners install panels on their roofs or facades by connecting them directly with installers and investors.
